Quicksand is another nice introduction from Doug Beilstein that comes from ‘Green Dragonet’ and ‘Ringtail’. ‘Quicksand’ shows off with long, narrow, glossy green leaves edged with unusual, sandy colored ruffles. Hosta ‘Quicksand’ quickly grows into a fountain-like mound about 18″ tall and 34″ wide that blooms with fertile, near-white flowers in midsummer. Photo courtesy of Josh Spece.
