One Man’s Treasure’ Hosta is a hybrid of H. longpipes hypoglauca and has very shiny green leaves that are slightly rippled. The outstanding characteristic of this plant are the reddish purple dots that are evident on the tops and bottoms of the petioles- they jump out at you! Medium lavender flowers are held on purple scapes and even the see pods are purple.
Small: 11″ x 24″ neat mound of rounded teaspoon size green leaves with good substance and long petioles.
A most unusual low, spreading mound, with heart shaped green leaves that curl upward at the tip, while the rippled leaf sides fold downward.
Large: 25″ high x 59″ wide mound, with dark green foliage that has leaves that are 11 1/2″ in length by 7 3/4″wide.
