Small: comes up bright gold and the center gradually turns to lime green

Illicit Affair’ Hosta comes up in the spring with bright gold leaves looking just like Cheatin Heart, but then develops a green center. By mid season the center is dark green. Second flush is again initially gold contrasting well with the older leaves. Somewhat larger than ‘Cheatin Heart’ and vigorous for a mini. The reverse sport, H. ‘Stolen Kiss’, is also available
