My name is Marlene Rosenberg and with my husband, Jonathan Goodrich and son Seth, we have built what we hope you will find to be a very distinct display of Hostas. We have utilized the natural bluff that we live on that allows you to view hostas from above and below . We are thrilled to be doing this together as a family, so you can enjoy it with your families.
We moved to Wisconsin in 2009 when I was offered a position as Director of Rehab services at Mile Bluff Medical Center. Since moving here, not only have we built Uniquely Hostas, but I have also been awarded the Director positions of Home Health and Audiology as well.. It is a huge challenge, but I love the leadership opportunities. Jonathan works as a cook at one of the skilled nursing facilities that Mile Bluff owns. He shares his love of Uniquely Hostas with the residents, who enjoy hearing stories and seeing pictures. Seth works for one of the big hotels in the Wisconsin Dells as a cook. He enjoys getting away from the hustle and bustle and spending time in the gardens.
When we are not at work or in the garden, Jonathan and Seth enjoy fly fishing in the many beautiful trout streams in the driftless area of Wisconsin. I keep my self busy with my show dogs. Uniquely Hostas is also home to the Pembroke Welsh Corgi kennel- Encore Corgis. Occasionally, you will find a litter of puppies out helping in the gardens.
